The breadth of the collection, its brushed finish, the charm of the large formats, its colors, the warmth of the aged versions add additional prestige to the range.

The leading feature of this line of products is Vintage's finish. Thanks to its microporous finish, scientifically tested, Vintage ensures an excellent resistance but also easy and extraordinary daily maintenance with natural oils.

Finish
Vintage's oil-effect finish with very open pores gives it an extraordinary natural look and the sensation of always being in contact with the wood. Its microporous surface, the result of years of research, has the ability to combine ancient taste for a warm and inviting aesthetic with the most modern living trends.

Flexibility and stability
The extremely flexible support makes it possible to compensate for any slight irregularity in the level of the foundation, while the perfect balance between the thickness of the noble wood and the support ensures maximum stability. No particular sealing treatment operations are, therefore, necessary on site. The plywood support with diagonal cuts of the XXL line ensures a correct stability and flexibility even with very big dimensions. Plancia 10 and XX Large can be laid both glued or floating.

Accidental damages
In the event of accidents such as flooding or broken strips, it is possible to replace only the damaged strips if glued.

Made in Italy
All the products in the Vintage Gazzotti range are manufactured in Italy in order to constantly monitor their quality: the wording "Gazzotti made in Italy" is printed underneath each individual strip. A decisive guarantee for the retailer, designer, consumer.

Norms
Vintage respects the norms UNI EN 13489 - prefinished multilayer Parquet.

Vintage 10 offers big versatility thanks to its well balanced dimension and it is particularly suitable for the sizes of modern houses. It is available in smooth or brushed finish: the latter offers a very natural old-looking effect, that can be more or less evident depending on the wood species.
The Vintage finish gives a prestigious look to every environment.

Vintage Large 10
Vintage Large 10 is the format that joins pleasant dimensions and versatility of use. Its dimensions are suitable for laying in small-medium or big rooms.The brushed finish gives an even more natural look to the wood species, giving the sensation of always being in contact with the wood.

Vintage Plancia 10(related Technical Data Sheet)
Vintage Plancia 10 is the new and versatile Vintage's format that gives much charm and personality to every room.

It is ideal when restructuring a house because of its thickness of 10 mm. It is stable and reliable thanks to its technologically suitable support. It can be laid everywhere (bathroom, kitchen, rooms with underfloor heating), and it is versatile because it can be laid either glued or floating.

Vintage Plancia 10 is micro-beveled on 4 sides to better highlight the importance of the strip. It is available in Oak in 10 different colours that follow the most modern living trends.

Vintage X Large (related Technical Data Sheet)
Vintage X Large is the big format line combining elegance and practicality. It is suitable for important environments and guarantees prestigious, outstanding results.

Vintage XX Large

This is an absolutely innovative line due to the big dimensions of the planks obtained with a 2-ply structure apt for both glued and floating laying. Every strip has micro bevels on 4 sides to underline the format of the flooring.

Vintage XXL is available in several very elegant natural wood species, as weel as with coloured surfaces that give much personality to the environment or antique surfaces which give warmth and a cosy atmosfere to every room.

The brushing gives more prestige to the flooring.

Vintage is available in the wood species of the most charming colors and at the same time it offers the major quality guarantees.

Installation

Laying Patterns

Where

•It can be laid on concrete screeds from 5 up to 7 cm thick. Concrete screeds are suitable both traditional or quick-drying hydraulic-binder based. They must be compact, solid and flat.
 
•It can be laid on pre-existing floors which must be compact and properly degreased.
 
•It can be laid to replace carpets, after taking them off, removing all residual glue and making sure the underfloor is compact enough.
 
•It can be laid on an existing parquet flooring after sanding only if it is well fixed on the underfloor. The new parquet flooring must be set perpendicularly to the old one.  
 

How

•It must be always laid by gluing it on the underfloor, preferably with EG ECO Gazzotti.
 
•This product is pre-finished, ready for laying and doesn't need a sealing treatment. 
 
•When laying, residual glue must be removed before it dries by using a clean cloth without solvent or alcohol. 
 
•The XXLarge products are also suitable for floating laying.
 

When

•When building or restructuring a house, parquet laying must be the very last operation to be done before furnishing.  
 
•The moisture content of the screed and the environmental humidity must strictly meet the requirements.

Maintenance

Be careful: the use of thfferent products for maintenance can cause irrepareble damages to the finish of the wood floor.

Skirting Boards

They are designed for the best colour match with the parquet flooring. They are available varnished in the following brushed versions:

Stair Profiles

Made of noble woodwith Vintage finish, brushed or not according to floor design. Designed for easy stairs constructions and made from the same elements as the floor.
They are available rounded or square(by previous order; available in 15-20 days).

Thresholds

Utilissimi accessori indispensabili per annullare piccole differenze di livello del piano finito, finitura Vintage, non spazzolati, sono realizzati coordinati ai pavimenti.

Collanti
